Returns & Exchanges

Return Period: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Options You can request an exchange for a different product. Once we receive your request, we will check stock availability and contact you regarding the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Once returned products reach our warehouse, they are inspected within 1-3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (credit card, etc.) used for the transaction.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Details

  • Margerie will cover the shipping cost for the first order.

  • Except for defective or incorrectly shipped products, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been used or washed.

  • The 14-day legal return period has been exceeded.

How to Create a Return or Exchange Request?

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange in your email.

  3. Our team will get back to you with detailed instructions on how to complete the process.
