Return Period You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Exchange Options You can request an exchange for a different product. Once your request is received, stock availability will be checked, and you will be contacted regarding the next steps.
Refund Process

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (credit card, etc.).

Depending on your bank, it may take 1–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Details

The shipping cost for the first order is covered by Margerie.

For returns and exchanges, except for defective or incorrectly sent items, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted Return or exchange requests are not accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used or washed.
