Order Preparation Process: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Order preparation or shipping is not done on weekends and public holidays. During peak order periods, there may be delays of a few days in shipments. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. Domestic Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed on the payment page. Our shipping options include:

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages and Losses At Margerie Crystal, we are aware of the delicate nature of our products. While our company normally covers losses during shipping, we offer a warranty under our "Crystal Guarantee" for products that arrive damaged. Before proceeding with any action regarding damaged products, we kindly ask that you keep all packaging materials and the damaged products themselves.
