What happens if my order arrives damaged?
At Margerie Crystal, we offer a 100% "Crystal Guarantee" . We are aware of the delicate nature of our designs. If your order is damaged in any way during shipping, simply send us a photo; we will immediately send you a new product free of charge, without any additional procedures.
Can the glasses be washed in the dishwasher?
For long-lasting use and flawless shine, we recommend hand washing our products. After washing, drying with a soft cloth will prevent water stains and ensure your crystal always shines like a jewel.
What is the delivery time and are the shipments insured?
Every order is 100% insured from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches your door. We value speed; orders are prepared and shipped within 2-4 days and delivered to you within 2-5 business days via our express logistics partners.
Each Margerie glass is shaped by the breath and flawless craftsmanship of our master artisans. This initial dance of molten glass in the fire is the beginning of that heavy and substantial feel that will grace your table. We are not creating a soulless product with millions of copies, but a unique signature for your home.
STAGE 2: PRECISION DIAMOND CUTTING
Flawless Geometry That Catches The Light.
The rainbow prisms and light refractions that you admire are never coincidental. The deep cuts, meticulously crafted with special diamond stones, give the crystal its true character and unique tactile feel. The weight you feel when you hold the glass in your hand is the physical proof of this craftsmanship.
STAGE 3: AUDITING AND PERFECTION
Only the best reach your table.
Every piece that comes out of production undergoes a final test with spotless white gloves and under the harshest studio lights. No product with imperfect weight, balance, color saturation, or light reflection can bear the Margerie Crystal seal. Because your home is too valuable to leave room for the ordinary.
